LARGE EVENTS

Parties or events with 30+ guests are $95.00 an hour with a two hour minimum.

THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN PLANNING YOUR EVENT
WE RECOMMEND THAT EVENTS WITH 40+ GUESTS PLAN TO HIRE AT LEAST ONE ADDITIONAL ARTIST

• Additional artists can be provided for large events at a rate of $75.00 an hour.
• Travel fee is $40.00 per hour round trip if you are more than 15 miles outside of Oregon, 97223. Add $15.00 per hour per additional artist.
• Site Manager: A Site Manager to handle information, customer preparation, line control, design selection and aftercare can be provided for a fee of $45.00 per hour.
• Please allow 5 minutes per guest the application of small to medium patterns. 10 minutes per guest for larger, more intricate patterns.
• A 10x10 white or theme covered EZ-up booth and/or decorations such as colorful backdrops, saris, torans and garlands, flowers and peacock feathers are available for a fee of $50.00.
• Party Favors of henna powder or fresh paste, glitters, candles, hennaed wooden magnets or other treats wrapped in a hand stamped gift bag are available for $10.00- $20.00 per guest.
• Fresh Henna is available for purchase for $10.00 per 1 oz tube.
• If you are planning a location event, we are prepared to travel anywhere in the world to provide henna for your special event. Please contact us so that we can work out the best possible henna and travel package for you.
